Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah returns on Independence day

On one stage, at the National Theatre, Ghana will experience History spiced with Humour, Music and Dance. Globe Productions in partnership with National Theatre and the Nkrumah centenary committee presents “The Second Coming of Nkrumah”, a beautiful play by Latif Abubakar
The second coming of Nkrumah is a stage play enriched with the Ghanaian history and culture; it is the story of the foundation of freedom in Africa, and the legendary character that spurred the struggle on. It is the story of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, THE GREAT SON OF AFRICA.
The main aim or objective of the play is to provide an electrifying and delightful platform not only for Ghanaians but for non-Ghanaians in the country to be entertained and educated about the Ghanaian history and culture. The play will be staged during our Independence Anniversary Celebrations on the 6^th of March 2014, with two shows a night, 4pm and 8pm at the National Theatre.
