Owning a home is the most a man can accomplish, people who work at the cooperate side secure loans on their work’s behalf, own a house and pay in bits, but that require you to work there for more than 5 years depending on the company. Many people today, make money, buy more cars than they can drive before they feel they need to buy a home.

Richest people will advice you that, owning a home first is the first way to making more money because you save a lot on HUGE rents, especially in Ghana where one have to pay minimum of a year advance, sometimes 2 or 3 years.

Ghana music/showbiz don’t pay much as we all know, only a few excel in it. Most Ghanaian musicians have reigned the nation with their music and still never had their own homes or even their own cars, hence why they retire poorly and barely look like they were once the kings of Ghana music. Most of our celebrated artists stay in rented apartments. We will omit pioneers and legends of Ghana music liek Kojo Antwi, Daddy Lumba, Amakye Dede as most of them are millionaires or have enough money to last them a lifetime.

It’s obvious he’s got that cash, Samini has his own decent house at Agbogba, if you don’t know, now you know. You have to respect Samini. He is living a house worth living.

OKYEAME KWAME: He’s one of the richest Ghanaian musicians on the low. Since he went solo, he has been active for about 5 years always releasing hit songs in this modernized Ghanaian industry, he still has survived. Okyeame Kwame was the second artist to be signed by MTN, he also has deals with Coca Cola and more. He owns his little mansion at Gbawe where he lives with his family.

ASEM: Before Asem lost his rap throne to Sarkodie, he signed a sumptuous deal with Glo which was rumored to be over a billion (100,000). Asem didn’t act foolish with the money, he bought himself a decent house and a decent car to live his modest life. They say opportunity comes once and that is exactly what Asem did.

CRISS WADDLE: For someone who owns about 6 big cars, it’s no surprise that he has his own house. According to rumors, the ‘Ayi’ singer, owns a mansion which is not really completed but if done will be a massive mansion. I’m sure we will eventually know if it’s true or not.

TIC TAC: Just like Samini, Tic Tac is not a new name and rumors has it that he’s the richest Ghanaian musician. During his hay days that he dropped bombs, he became a promoter thus promoting Ghanaian musicians outside the country and hosting concerts with them. We hear Tic Tac made an awful lot of money from the promotion business. Besides his own house, Tic Tac also owns a pub in Kumasi which we hear is one of the most hottest place in Kumasi right now.

SARKODIE: If you’ve been wondering why Sarkodie still drives his dodge Nitro, it’s simply because he’s not a car-head and smart enough to invest into a real property. According to our snitches Sarkodie owns a house or probably 2 at Lake Side Estate in Ashal Botwe close to Madina.

R2BEES: Their slogan is ‘Refuse To Be Broke’ why do you think they said that? Our snitches tells us that Paedae of R2Bees owned 2 homes in Accra even before he hit the limelight. I know one of their houses which is at Agbogba and I hear the other one is at Dworwulu, never been to that one but yeah money is actually not a problem for these young men.

KWAW KESE: Kwaw Kese’s lifestyle don’t make people see his riches but he’s actually one of the richest musicians by far, Once his music was everywhere and started touring outside the country, he decided to venture into buying and selling of cars which he made an awful lots of money because of the high cost of cars in Ghana. He is said to own his own little mansion where lives with his boys boys. Kwaw is not joking you know.
