Guess you’ve heard the much-talked about trumpet song which featured rappers; Teephlow, MDK, Strongee, Koo Ntakra, Donzy Chaka, Pappy Kojo and the whole brouhaha that the beat was stolen and more, right?
Yes, the original producer of the beat, SuperStar O is extremely angry at Sarkodie, Fortune Dane and yes, the culprit himself, Def Clef.
Well according to SuperStar O, he deserves 100% credit for the beat and not Def Clef.
What, thebigtriceonline.com gathered was that, Def Clef bought the beat from SuperStar O and then edited the beat by placing his signature tune in there as if he was the original producer of the song which is legally wrong, and yes, gave the beat to Sarkodie that, ‘yoo bossman, aget serious beat give you, you have to jump on this beat, bro.’
SuperStar O took to his twitter handle and he had this words for them.
He said, “@Sarkodie, @FortuneDane @Homework_GH, i need to know what’s going on here. Who bought my beat? And why is someone else getting credit for it?
He continued, “Even if you purchased the exclusive rights, in my contract, it states, that is NOT allowed at all.”
Yes, SuperStar O right there making it known that Def Clef wasn’t supposed to edit the beat by putting his signature tune in there.
