Ghanaian Actress Khareema Aguiar, has called on producers and other stakeholders in the movie industry to eliminate "sex before role" policy in the industry.
According to Khareema, she is not a victim but personally know actresses who have shared their barbaric experiences with her.
She added, that "guys do not give anything for free. They do not do favours but there are some decent ones out there".
The "If Tomorrow Never Comes Actress" cautioned, there is time for everything and advised all young girls with the talent of acting to work harder and never succumb to any mischievous harassment.
Miss. Aguiar, unfolded she has desires of becoming a producer very soon but currently undertaking a charity project for old men and old women.
