Award winning rapper Michael Owusu Addo aka Sarkodie at his annual ‘Rapperholic’ concert held at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) pays his tribute to vetrane and late Highlife musician Daasebre Gyamena.
Sarkodie did a rap on another version of Daasebre’s hit song “kooko” to wit Knock, which featured Lord Kenya.
The President of Sarkcess music performed the song with his record signee Akwaboah Jnr. on the night.
While the ‘King Sark’ was rapping on the same beat used for the Daasebre’s “Kooko” tears begun to flow.
